8TH ANNUAL NORTH CAROLINA ALLIANCE FOR HEALTHY COMMUNITIES CONFERENCE THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2008; 9:00 am- 3:00 pm; HILTON RTP, NORTH CAROLINA FOCUS: MEDICATION ADHERENCE

Improving the quality of care delivered is a goal shared by all health care providers. So, rather than focusing on just the challenges, this seminar will highlight unique "best practices" designed to offer insights on collaborative solutions to improving healthcare delivery. The conference will also feature Ian Morrison, a founding partner in Strategic Health Perspectives (a forecasting service for clients in the health care industry) and François de Brantes, the National Coordinator for Bridges to Excellence (BTE).

The NORTH CAROLINA ALLIANCE FOR HEALTHY COMMUNITIES, INC. obtained 501(C)(3) status on August 1, 2002 as designated by the Department of The Treasury's Internal Revenue Service. This designation allows us to operate under a non-profit status and assigns us a Federal Tax ID # which is utilized during grant and donor requests.
