The North Carolina Alliance for Healthy Communities (NCAHC) was established in 1999 for the purpose of educating, informing, and helping shape the future of medication management. The Alliance became a non-profit (501c3) organization in August of 2002.
Our membership is comprised of professionals from major health plans, pharmaceutical and medical device organizations, as well as companies interested in solving the problem of medication adherence.
To promote educational awareness around medication optimization and serve as a resource for North Carolina’s healthcare communities dealing with treatment non compliance.
To improve treatment adherence for North Carolinians through a collaboration of diverse healthcare organizations.
